The Project Block System is an online, educational Wedding Planning class that teaches you how to coordinate, map out the design, style and set up of your own wedding from start to finish. Each coordinated piece of your wedding is broken down into individual, manageable assignments which we call Projects.
- The Training ECourse- Welcome to our Teachable School for Wedding Planning. Here you will find all instructions needed per Project Block for completing each worksheet as well as in depth video guidance. This Project Block Training ECourse is accessible to you for life! You can go at your own pace and quickly reference Projects you've already visited or re-watch videos again and again.
- The Project Block Workbook– Our collection of Worksheets you complete as you plan and then hand over to your setup team. This entire Workbook is filled with Graphic Organizers, Bonus Worksheets and an extensive Wedding Planning Guide in addition to all of the original Project Block Worksheets.
What are Project Blocks
Project Blocks are how you answer all of your questions about coordinating. They are all those things that just need to “happen” like you want or need them to. All weddings have an aisle {Project 4} a cake table {Project 13} and even a Photography Must Shoot List {Project 28}. Projects are so much more than just the “pretty” details. Projects include Ceremony Script Writing, Dance Song Selections and important decision guidance. These are things and areas of your event that all need time and attention to detail. But how do you pull it all together and make the details show up on your big day? You must get behind the pretty...
Through this Online Wedding System, we teach you how to plan out buying and packing up each styling ingredient.
Each Lecture of this class covers coordinating details on the "how" of your wedding day. You'll be given critical thinking prompts, homework assignments and daily tasks to complete in a step by step order for each Project Block of your Wedding. There are even conversation starter assignments for you and your spouse to be!
You’ll begin buying Wedding “stuff” almost immediately and it will begin to fill your house. You'll learn how to pack everything up at home in your Headquarters {we’ll teach you about this too} and move it all to your venue by section so that there are no big piles of decoration glory to sort through once your crew arrives. Your event design moves around your venue in organized pieces, completely contained and understandable to any helper. You can relax, prep your pretty self in peace knowing that all anyone has to do is unload each box at the right place on your site map… if they can bake a cake, they can set up your event!

There are obviously many, many more pieces to a wedding than just what it looks like. In the Lectures, you are given Assignments to complete before the next lecture. The Assignments teach you to coordinate the Project and what “happens there” beyond what it looks like. At your Altar {Project 4} not only will it have the Wisteria Garland {the pretty} but you will also need to write vows, get your uncle ordained, decide your Processional order, etc.
The Lectures and Videos walk you through all of those little, coordinated decisions, beyond the pretty. The best part is, you can do it all from your Smart Phone.

How do Project Block Worksheets work?
We group your wedding inspirations {the pretty} into Project Blocks and decide on an inspiration picture. These are the beauties you've got hiding in your secret Pinterest boards! We then create a recipe for building that picture right down to who is buying the white paint. The Workbook has it's own section of the Wedding Planning Binder and you will continue to work from it throughout your Wedding Planning Experience. Once completed, The Project Block Workbook is assembled into a comprehensive wedding vision that you hand over to your Setup Crew, Venue Coordinator or even Wedding Coordinator.

Hi Team!
I have been planning Weddings & Events in Oregon for 10 years now. {Woo!} Once upon a time I had a huge Wedding Planning building where we met with brides regularly and managed a rental company. We did 36-40 weddings a year. My first son was born in July, the middle of Wedding season, and went back to work with me for 60 hours a week at 2 weeks old. That's when I knew I needed a change!
I started writing the Project Block System while planning my own wedding in 2012 but really took it to the next level in 2014 when I closed up the office and transitioned into WAHM status. I began to blog and write posts about each Project Block. I was still coordinating about 10-12 weddings a season.
Then with the birth of my second son I put myself into "long-term" maternity leave and dove in head first into this thing called ECourse & EBook writing. I think the rest is history ;)
